Club membership and class monthly tuition are non-refundable after student has attended 2 classes.
All classes (preschool, gymnastics and tumbling) have a maximum of 8 student per class.
All class fees are monthly tuition rates.
Registration, Waiver and Fees must be completed by the first day of class (of the first month).
Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of the month.
A 10% tuition discount applies if a student is taking more than one class per week or families having more than one child enrolled in a session for our Preschool, Gymnastics and Tumbling programs.
Class fees are pro-rated as necessary according to start date within the month.
If you miss a class due to illness or family vacation, there is one make-up per month. The make-up must be scheduled within 4 weeks of the missed class.
Parents with children enrolled in preschool classes should remain on the premises during class times.

MEGA is a member only club. All students enrolled in our classes are members of our gymnastics club. The annual membership fee covers administrative costs for a year.

1st Child Membership -- $35.00

3rd & more -- no additional charge

CLASS MONTHLY TUITION POLICIES - Gymnastics, Tumbling and Preschool Classes

Students can take one free trial class before enrolling as a student in the class
Everyone enrolled for class is required to add a credit card on file for automatic monthly tuition.
All recreational classes for gymnastics, tumbling and preschool are $90.25 per month.
Class monthly tuition is due on the 1st of the month.
You will receive an email notice on the 1st of the month to confirm your tuition was processed with the card on file. If your tuition could not be processed with the card on file, you have until the 4th of the month to update the card and process the tuition.
LATE TUITION POLICY - On the 5th of the month, students are automatically dropped from class if tuition is not paid. There is a $5 re-enrollment fee for any tuition paid after receiving a dropped class notice on the 5th as long as there are openings in the class.
The class monthly tuition is not refundable after the student attends 2 classes.
Tuition is based on a 48-week calendar year, that is 4 weeks per month for 12 months. Some months will have 5 weeks and some months will have 3 weeks because of holidays or gym closings, but students will attend 48 weeks of class during the course of the year.
Tuition is not prorated from month to month for holidays, all holidays are accounted for in the monthly tuition.
MEGA closes for 1 week during the months of July and December for Summer and Winter Break, for those 2 weeks gymnastics, tumbling and preschool classes can schedule a make-up.
If you do not plan on attending a particular month, please send an email to info@mymegagym.com by the 20th of the prior month. For example, if you do not plan on attending in July you must notify us in writing by June 20th.
All refunds must be approved by management and will be processed within 45 days of the request. There is a $5.00 processing fee for all tuition refunds. MEGA will issue the refund check, minus the $5.00 refund fee.
MAKE-UP POLICY - There are no refunds for missed classes. As a courtesy, students can make-up one class per month for an absence (for example, sickness or family vacations) for recreational classes. All make-ups must be scheduled within 4 weeks of the absence, or the make-up automatically expires. There are no make-ups for any gym holidays because they have already been calculated into the monthly tuition.

Gym Rules and Guidelines

LOBBY AND GYM RULES

No food or drinks in the gym.
NO GUM in the gym.
No gymnastics, running or "horseplay" in the lobby or any of the gym viewing areas.
Parents should not talk to or distract their children in class.
Please help us keep the lobby and gym viewing areas neat and clean.
Parents are not allowed in the gym (unless attending a MEGA Tots class). If you need to speak with your child, ask the receptionist for assistance.

WHAT TO WEAR

For preschool classes (Tots, Tikes I, Tikes II), boys/girls may wear tucked-in t-shirts and shorts, girls may wear leotards.
For tumbling classes, boys/girls may wear tucked-in t-shirts and shorts, girls may wear leotards.
For gymnastics classes, girls wear leotards and boys wear tucked-in t-shirts and shorts (without pockets).
Shirts and shorts should not have buttons, snaps, pockets, or zippers.
No street shoes or socks in the gym.
Girls with long hair must wear hair in a ponytail. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that is stays up for the entire workout.
No jewelry. PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY ARTICLES AT HOME.
This facility's staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen.
Be sure your student's personal items are marked with their name.

DROP OFF AND PICK UP

Be sure your student arrives at least 5 minutes before his/her scheduled class time/practice time.
Please pick-up your student on time within 15 min of the end of class/practice, otherwise we will charge a late pick-up fee.
Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student.
Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car.
Please take into consideration that many of our students are young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.
